SHIPPING POLICY
Post and Packing is free on every item!
All items will be sent same or next working day after payment is complete. The item will be dispatched to the shipping address given at checkout, if you require a change of address please let us know as soon as possible with the contact us button. It is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been dispatched. If you are not available to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe location, if they think it is safe to do so.

Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days, however at peak times it may be more. In the unlikely event your item does not arrive please contact our customer service team who will track your item, and look at the best way to proceed. Any questions you may have about delivery please do hesitate to contact us.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team, include as much detail as possible and photos if appropriate. They will look at the best way to resolve the issue, which could be a partial refund, replacement parts, replacement product or full refund.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, the item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods, under the DSR you will have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Once a refund has been agreed please allow at least 24 working hours for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via the method in which the original payment was made.
